Replacements and Returns - Product

All our pieces are made-to-order and handled with care by our team and trusted partners. This ensures that during the shipping process, your art print arrives in a perfect condition.

 

DAMAGED & LOST ORDERS

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or with a defect, we will replace your artworks at no extra charge. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective or damaged in transit.  Please take photos of the item and/or packaging damage and send to info@arrtopia.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement. The relacement can only be an identical item, no changes can be made.

If the order is lost in transit, we will ship a replacement free of charge. The replacement can only be sent to the same shipping address we have on file. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is lost, we will attempt to locate your shipment but cannot bear responsibility for lost orders in this instance. Please make sure you provide us a correct shipping address.

 

RETURNS
As all our items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or order an incorrect size. Please choose carefully as we want you to love your art.
