All items are handmade and made-to-order and we will endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. The below are estimated times it usually takes us to ship your order:
Paper prints: 1-5 business days
Canvas roll prints: 4-7 business days
Stretched canvas: 10-20 business days
PACKAGING
We carefully package your art so that it arrives safe and sound.
Paper prints - will be shipped either in a flat pack or rolled into a sturdy tube.
Canvas roll - shipped rolled into a tube.
Stretched canvas - carefully packaged into a flat pack. No assembly will be required, your canvas will arrive ready-to-hang.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping is included for continental USA & Australia. We also ship to Canada, small flat fee applies. Please send us a message to obtain a shipping quote to Hawaii.
You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.
ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx ground services as well as Australia Post standard parcel to ship your order.
Standard delivery is approximately 4-10 business days.
You can also choose a rushed/express delivery at checkout, conditions apply.

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or with a defect, we will happily replace at no extra cost. Please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order by email to info@arrtopia.com and attach photos of damage or fault.
RETURNS
