Refund policy


All our pieces are made-to-order and handled with care by our team and trusted partners. This insures that during shipping process, your art print arrives in a perfect condition.

Damages and delivery issues

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or with a defect, we will replace your artworks at no extra charge. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective or damaged in transit.  Please take photos of the item and/or packaging damage and send to We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement. The relacement can only be an identical item, no changes can be made.

If the order is lost in transit, we will arrange replacements free of charge. The replacement can only be sent to the same shipping address we have on file. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is lost, we will attempt to locate your order but cannot bear responsibility for lost item in this instance.
