SATIN PHOTO PAPER PRINT

• Professional satin photo paper featuring a subtle texture and a slight sheen without being very glossy.
• You can add an optional white border. The size you choose will be inclusive of the white border. If you choose 'No border' option, your print will be printed edge-to-edge.
• Acid-free, ensuring longevity and archival quality.
• Print arrives unframed and will require framing.

FINE ART MATTE PAPER PRINT

• Premium cotton fine art paper which boasts an ultra matte structure with a subtle texture lending each artwork a crisp appearance.
• You can choose to have your print with an optional white border. The size you order will be inclusive of white border. If you choose 'No border' option, your print will be printed edge-to-edge.
• Acid-free, ensuring longevity and archival quality.
• Print arrives unframed and will require framing.

CANVAS ROLL

• Premium 410 gsm fine art polycotton matte canvas.
• Giclee printed with archival pigment inks
• Additional 2''/5 cm of white canvas border will be added to the size you choose for stretching.
• Shipped rolled up in a sturdy tube.
• More economical option allowing you to stretch locally or frame yourself.

STRETCHED CANVAS

• Premium 410 gsm fine art polycotton matte canvas
• Giclee printed with archival pigment inks
• Stretched and gallery wrapped around a 1.5'' wooden stretcher. No outside frame.
• Choose from 3 wrapping options - white sides, black sides or mirror sides
• Hanging wire pre-installed, arrives ready to hang.

MEASUREMENTS & SIZES

The listed sizes are all finish size, with the exception of canvas roll. Canvas roll will include an additional 2'' of white unprinted material for stretching.

 

Sizes are listed in short side x long side format. Your print will have the same orientation as shown in product photos.

 

Sizes listed for art sets are for each individual piece in the set.  

 

We offer a large selection of standard sizes but can print a wide range of custom sizes as well. If you need a print in a size not listed or would like to add a different white border to your print - just send us a message.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

All items are handmade and made-to-order and we will endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. The below are estimated production times it usually takes us to fulfill your order:

Paper prints: 3-5 business days

Canvas roll prints: 3-5 business days

Stretched canvas:  5-10 business days

Framed prints & canvas:  7-12 business days

* Production times may be longer during busy periods.

 

PACKAGING

We carefully package your art so that it arrives safe and sound.

Paper prints - will be shipped either in a flat pack or rolled into a sturdy tube.

Canvas roll - shipped rolled into a tube.

Stretched canvas, framed canvas and framed prints - carefully packaged into a flat pack. No assembly will be required, your artwork will arrive ready-to-hang.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping is included for continental USA & Australia. We also ship to Canada, a small flat fee applies.

All other locations - please send us a message. We are able to ship some finishes and sizes internationally. We will confirm if shipping to your location is possible and whether there will be an extra shipping cost.

 

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME

We use USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx ground services as well as Australia Post standard parcel to ship your order.

Standard delivery time is approximately 4-10 business days and is in addition to production times listed above.

You can also choose a rushed/express delivery for paper prints at checkout. At this time, we are unable to offer rushed delivery for canvas prints, both stretched and canvas roll.

You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.

All our pieces are made-to-order and handled with care by our team and trusted partners. This ensures that during the shipping process, your art print arrives in a perfect condition.

 

DAMAGED & LOST ORDERS

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or with a defect, we will replace your artworks at no extra charge. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective or damaged in transit.  Please take photos of the item and/or packaging damage and send to hello@arrtopia.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement. The relacement can only be an identical item, no changes to your original order specifications can be made. If you'd need to make changes to your original order, additional charges will apply.

If the order is lost in transit, we will ship a replacement free of charge. The replacement can only be sent to the same shipping address we have on file. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is lost, we will attempt to locate your shipment but cannot bear responsibility for lost orders in this instance. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping address when you place an order.

 

RETURNS

As all our items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or order an incorrect size. Please choose carefully as we want you to love your art.
