Paper prints and canvas roll are rolled up in a mailing tube and will require framing. Stretched canvas prints and framed paper prints will arrive ready to hang and no assembly will be required.

Our standard range available in our online store are unlimited edition prints. At this stage, we are not offering limited editions.

We do have a capacity to create one of a kind artworks. Some artworks from our standard range may be new and have never sold before so we could offer those as well. A surcharge may be applicable for these types of artworks.

The artworks are designed by Australian artists. They are hand crafted and shipped from fullfilment centers in Australia, USA or Canada.

The color shades of the actual print may vary slightly due to different color calibration of monitors and devices.

However, the lightness or darkness of your print will generally be the same as you see on your screen. Pastel colored artworks are equally pastel, muted and light in person. Dark colored artworks are equally dark. The only exception are artworks with charcoal/dark grey background which may appear black on some screens.

Yes, we do. If you need a custom size, please contact us to check and get a quote.

The total size of your paper print will be the size you choose. For example, you choose 8x10'' print with a 1'' white border. Your total print size will be 8x10'', and your printed area will be 6x8''.

If you choose the 'No border' option, your print will be printed edge-to-edge. We recommend to always choose this option if your frames have mats.

The only exception to this rule is canvas roll print. We automatically add 2'' inches of extra white unprinted canvas for stretching. Your printed area will always be the size you choose.

If you have any questions about white borders, please send us a message and our friendly support will help work out the sizing.

We use short side x long side size format. Your print will have the orientation as shown in product photos.

The choice of sides on your canvas can affect the overall look. We offer white, black and mirror sides but might be able to accommodate custom styles as well.

White sides - perfect for abstract prints and a safe option for any other artwork.

Black sides - work well for very dark artworks, darker colored abstracts and black and white art.

Mirror sides - will have a mirror image of the closest 1.5'' of the artwork. This option works well for landscapes or coastal photography which does not have much distinct aspects around the edges. This is the least safe option and if unsure, it is best to send us a message. We can create a preview so that you can see exactly how your canvas will look like.

We offer a range of frames for fine art papaer prints and stretched canvas. You can see our frame selection here. We offer a selection of popular sizes but can accommodate some custom sizes as well.

Satin Photo Paper art prints are currently only available unframed.

All the items are hand-made and made-to-order. We will endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. The below are estimated times it takes us to ship your order:

Paper prints: 3-5 business days

Rolled canvas prints: 4-5 business days

Stretched canvas: 5-7 business days

Framed prints: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and can be longer during busy periods.

Please handle your unframed prints with utmost care. Carefully remove from packaging ideally by wearing cotton gloves. Avoid pressure and open on a large flat surface.

We recommend professional framing for sizes over 30x45 inches.

To take care of the prints:

- Please avoid exposure to direct sunlight

- Wipe clean with a dry cloth.

At the moment we ship to the US and Canada. We also ship fine art, satin photo paper and canvas roll prints to Australia.

Free standard shipping is included for Australia and continental USA (excluding APO addresses) and a flat rate to Canada.

We use Australia Post standrad parcel as well as USPS, UPS and FedEx ground services to ship your order. Standard delivery takes approximately 4-7 business days.

We can ship some sizes and finishes internationally. Please contact us to confirm if we can ship your chosen product to your destination and whether there will be additional shipping costs.

Your art print will be packaged with utmost care so that it arrives safe and sound.

Paper prints - will be shipped either in a flat pack or rolled into a sturdy tube.

Canvas roll prints - will be shipped rolled into a tube.

Stretched canvas - carefully packaged into a flat pack. No assembly will be required, your canvas will arrive ready-to-hang.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking information when your order is on its way to you.

As all our items are made-to-order and we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or order an incorrect size.

Please choose carefully as we want you to love your art.

All our pieces are made-to-order and handled with care by our trusted partners. This ensures that during the shipping process, your art print arrives in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or with a defect, we will happily replace at no extra cost. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photos of damage or fault. Please also retain the original packing if the item arrives damaged.
