We carefully package your art so that it arrives safe and sound.

Paper prints - will be shipped either in a flat pack or rolled into a sturdy tube or box.

Canvas roll - shipped rolled into a tube.

Stretched canvas - carefully packaged into a flat pack. No assembly will be required, your canvas will arrive ready to hang.

Float frames/framed stretched canvas - carefully packaged into a flat pack. No assembly will be required, your canvas will arrive framed and ready to hang.

We offer free standard shipping to Australia and continental USA (including Alaska). Please send us a message to obtain a shipping quote to Hawaii.

We also ship to Canada for a small flat rate fee.

You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx ground services as well as Australia Post parcel to ship your order.

Standard delivery time is approximately 4-10 business days.

You can also choose upgraded shipping at checkout for some products. This option is only available for Satin Photo Paper and Fine Art Paper prints. Currently, we are not able to offer this option for canvas products (including canvas roll). Kindly note, if you purchase upgraded shipping with a canvas product, we will not be able to honor it and may need to issue a refund.

All the items are handmade and made-to-order. We will endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Below are our current estimated production times. While we pride ourselves on quality, consistency and fast delivery, occasionally there may be factors (special requests, unusual sizing instructions, production problems and factors outside of our control) that might cause an order to be delayed.
