Your artwork arrives fully framed and ready to hang—no assembly required. Note: This frame is available exclusively with fine art paper prints and cannot be combined with satin photo paper, canvas roll, or stretched canvas options.

- Hand crafted from sustainably sourced solid ash, obeche or pine wood finished with a veneer ensuring consistent colors and texture.
- Measurements: 0.75" front view and 0.75" side view
- 8 color choices - natural, satin white, satin black, antique silver, antique gold, brown, gray and slate gray
- 2 mounting options - no matting or 2'' mat. Mounting cannot be customized. Choose a white border on your print & 'no mat' option to create a different size border.
- 3 mm acrylic glazing
- Available with a fine at print only. Cannot be purchased on its own or with a satin photo paper print, canvas roll or stretched canvas.
Sizes are listed for the frame opening. The total external frame size will be approximately 1.5'' larger on each dimension. If you choose 2'' mat or white border on you print, the size of the printed artwork will be reduced however the overall frame size will be the same.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
All items are handmade and made-to-order and we will endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. The below are estimated production times it usually takes us to fulfill your order:
Paper prints: 3-5 business days
Canvas roll prints: 3-5 business days
Stretched canvas: 5-12 business days
Framed prints & canvas: 5-12 business days
* Production times may be longer during busy periods.
PACKAGING
We carefully package your art so that it arrives safe and sound.
Paper prints - will be shipped either in a flat pack or rolled into a sturdy tube.
Canvas roll - shipped rolled into a tube.
Stretched canvas, framed canvas and framed prints - carefully packaged into a flat pack. No assembly will be required, your artwork will arrive ready-to-hang.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping is included for continental USA & Australia. We also ship to Canada, a small flat fee applies.
All other locations - please send us a message. We are able to ship some finishes and sizes internationally. We will confirm if shipping to your location is possible and whether there will be an extra shipping cost.
ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME
We use USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx ground services as well as Australia Post standard parcel to ship your order.
Standard delivery time is approximately 4-10 business days and is in addition to production times listed above.
You can also choose a rushed/express delivery for paper prints at checkout. At this time, we are unable to offer rushed delivery for canvas prints, both stretched and canvas roll.
You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.
All our pieces are made-to-order and handled with care by our team and trusted partners. This ensures that during the shipping process, your art print arrives in a perfect condition.
DAMAGED & LOST ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or with a defect, we will replace your artworks at no extra charge. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective or damaged in transit. Please take photos of the item and/or packaging damage and send to hello@arrtopia.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement. The relacement can only be an identical item, no changes to your original order specifications can be made. If you'd need to make changes to your original order, additional charges will apply.
If the order is lost in transit, we will ship a replacement free of charge. The replacement can only be sent to the same shipping address we have on file. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is lost, we will attempt to locate your shipment but cannot bear responsibility for lost orders in this instance. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping address when you place an order.
RETURNS
As all our items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or order an incorrect size. Please choose carefully as we want you to love your art.
