Your artwork arrives fully framed and ready to hang—no assembly required. Note: This frame is available exclusively with fine art paper prints and cannot be combined with satin photo paper, canvas roll, or stretched canvas options.
CLASSIC WIDE ART FRAME
- Classic design with clean simple lines
- 1.25" front view x 0.74 side view
- Made from wood with a veneer
- 6 color choices: Light Birch, Satin White, Brushed Gold, Antique Silver, Brown & Satin Black
- Mounting: no matting or 1" to 2.5'' mat. For a larger size border, choose 'no matting' option and white border on your print
- 3mm acrylic glazing
- Ready to hang with a wire or sawtooth hanger
- Cannot be purchased on its own, only with a fine art paper print. Not suitable for canvas prints.
MEASUREMENTS
Sizes are listed for the frame opening. The total external frame size will be approximately 2.5'' larger on each dimension. If you choose mat or white border on your print, the size of the printed artwork will be reduced however the overall frame size will be the same.
Sizes listed for art sets are for each individual print in the set. You will need to purchase an equivalent size and quantity of frames.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
All items are handmade and made-to-order and we will endeavour to
ship your order as soon as possible. Production time for Classic wide framed prints is usually 4-7 business days.
* Production times may be longer during busy periods.
PACKAGING
We carefully package your art so that it arrives safe and sound. Framed prints are carefully packaged into a flat pack, no assembly will be required & your artwork will arrive ready-to-hang.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping is included for continental USA & Australia. We also ship to Canada, a small flat fee applies.
All other locations - please send us a message. We are able to ship
some finishes and sizes internationally. We will confirm if shipping to your location is possible and whether there will be an extra shipping cost.
ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME
We use UPS, DHL or FedEx ground services as well as Australia Post standard parcel to ship your order.
Standard delivery time is approximately 4-10 business days and is in addition to production time. Most orders are delivered within 2-2.5 weeks from the date of purchase.
Rushed/express delivery for classic wide framed prints is possible, please reach out if you need your art urgently.
All our pieces are made-to-order and handled with care by our team and trusted partners. This ensures that during the shipping process, your art print arrives in a perfect condition.
DAMAGED & LOST ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or with a defect, we will replace your artworks at no extra charge. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective or damaged in transit. Please take photos of the item and/or packaging damage and send to hello@arrtopia.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement. The relacement can only be an identical item, no changes to your original order specifications can be made. If you'd need to make changes to your original order, additional charges will apply.
If the order is lost in transit, we will ship a replacement free of charge. The replacement can only be sent to the same shipping address we have on file. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is lost, we will attempt to locate your shipment but cannot bear responsibility for lost orders in this instance. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping address when you place an order.
RETURNS
As all our items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or order an incorrect size. Please choose carefully as we want you to love your art.
